Project: Rear Home Extension

In this project we erected a rear extension and bathroom in a terraced Victorian house in East London.

We installed a sunlight on a flat roof and also tiled the floor and bathroom walls.

Total Duration: 9 Weeks. (2008)

Project: Installation of Dry Lining and Metsec

Dingu Builders were contracted by a major building firm to instal Dry Lining and Metsec in this 3 Storey Faculty Building in University of Cambridge.

The brickwork and structure was already built by the firm.

Project: Renovate and fit new kitchen

This project required us to renovate the existing kitchen, plumb and fit new kitchen units, including extractors, sinks etc.

Total Duration: 1 Week. (2008)

Project: Complete overhaul and extension of a Twickenham semi detached house

In this project we did the following:

Made ground floor completely open plan
Built extension (6m by 4m) and patio
Provided and fitted RSJ beams
Installed new wiring, fuse box
Fitted new radiators and gas fireplace
Installed a new combi boiler
Skimmed and paint walls
Fitted new wooden flooring, new kitchen, and new bathroom
Rendering, guttering etc
Put limestone tiles on the ground floor
Managed the Council and building control approval process

Project: Install a bathroom and shower (in Austria!)

In this project we were specifically requested by a previous client to travel to scenic Kaprun in Austria to do this project - we procured the materials and our team travelled there for the duration of the project.

The client was happy and we had a great time too.

Project: Structural Alteration in Upper Clapton Rd.

This was an old Victorian house. The front was cracked and crumbling.

We installed scaffolding
Took the front out -
Removed the damaged bricks
Repointed the bricks
Put new lintels - RSJ

Total Duration: 6 weeks, July '09

Project: Flat renovation, Newport Rd, Leytonstone

In this project, we:

Gutted an old flat
Modernized bathroom, kitchen, floors
Modernized kitchen,
Modernized the floors (sanded, renovated, varnished)

Total Duration: 8 Weeks. (Sep 2009)

Project: Convert a house into 2 flats in Roman Road, Ilford

In this project one aged house needed modernizing. We converted the house to 2 new and modernized flats - with entirely new fittings

In this project, we built an extension with a utility room and a toilet

In this project, we installed skylights, cladding, insulated the loft, from the hallway to the loft and installed a wooden staircase

Excavated the floor
Put underpinnings
Put new floor & tiles
Fitted new bathroom suite
